Come watch hockey at its best (for Austrian level)!
Looking for something extraordinarily cool to do next Tuesday? If you’re interested in quick team-based sports, the hockey rink is your place to be that day. ESN will show you the Olympiaworld Innsbruck, a very impressive sports facility improved widely due to the Olympic Winter games hosted twice in Innsbruck. So come explore the sports side of Innsbruck.
The event will obviously focus on the game. The hockey club of Innsbruck (HCI) will be competing against Fehérvár. Even though the HCI is playing in the highest Austrian league (EBEL), there are some teams beyond the border competing against Austrian teams. Fehérvár is a Hungarian hockey club, which takes the game to a more international level. Plus two locals will answer all your questions about the sport. So this is a perfect opportunity for international and Erasmus exchange students to get to know the sport or if you already know it, have a good time cheering for a team while being surrounded by other international students.

PS: Fehérvár has already been Innsbruck’s opponent twice in this season and the teams were always pretty much even in terms of goals. So it’s certainly going to be exciting.

How much is a ticket?
- € 16.90 for students (standing place with student discount)
- € 19.10 for everyone else
You can either buy your tickets there before the game or online (https://www.oeticket.com/en/event/heimspiele-hc-twk-innsbruck-die-haie-tiwag-arena-12433846/). We recommend a standing place as those are the cheapest and we can stick together this way ;)
