Grüß Gott an alle Männer und Frauen oder wie wir in Tirol sagen: Griaß enk, Mandar und Mandarinnen!
Ihr habt euch schon immer gefragt was das eigentlich ist, was aus den Tirol Mündern quillt und Ähnlichkeiten mit Deutsch besitzt, aber irgendwie doch mehr wie Klingonisch (für alle Star Wars Fans) oder Ork-isch (für alle Tolkien-Fans) klingt? Wahrscheinlich hatten einige von euch bereits die große Ehre persönlich mit dem Tiroler DialeKt* (*das Tiroler „K“ wird grunsätzlich immer in Großbuchstaben geschrieben) und haben höchstwahrscheinlich einen linguistischen SchocK erhalten. Aber wir von ESN InnsbrucK leiten „Erste Hilfe“ für das Syndrom auch bekannt als „Banane K“. Hierbei eine Kleine witzige, aber zugleich doch auch sehr rassistische AneKdote über den Tiroler DialeKt:

Um eure Zungen nicht nur zu fordern, sondern diese auch geschmacKlich zu verwöhnen, findet das ganze in der Küche (oder wie man in InnsbrucK sagen würde: „in dar KUCHL“) statt. Location ist top seKret und wird erst nach erfolgter Anmeldung beKannt gegeben. Die Idee wäre euch nicht nur in die linguistische Besonderheit Tirols einzuführen, sondern ebenfalls mit dem Tiroler Traditionsgericht „Knödel“ vertraut zu machen. Da ESN als freiwilliger Verein über keine eigenen finanziellen Mittel verfügt, wird für Speis & Trank ein kleiner Unkostenbeitrag von 5 € (wenn du eine ESNcard hast) bzw. 8 € ohne ESNcard verlangt um zu vermeiden, dass Knut nachts nicht wieder an einsamen, dunklen Straßenkreuzungen für die Kosten aufkommen muss. Have you ever wondered what weird language local people in Tyrol speak and if this is linked to the weird food that they eat? Well, now you have the unique chance to get an insight into both aspects of Tyrolean culture, and even at the same time. In a secret location you have the possibility to create the Tyrolean’s favourite food, the Knödel, and while making this extraordinary delicious piece of Tyrolean cuisine, you will be taught the mysterious and secretly language of this people, who are probably definitely the most friendly of their kind.
To give you a first impression of what you can expect, we tell you a really racist (though true) joke about Tyroleans:

Answer: Banana chchchchchchchch
Further information is given out upon registration since only a limited number of participants is allowed.
Please note: Since this event will focus on Tyrolean culture and language, it makes sense that you have at least a basic knowledge of German. We, as lovers of international students, absolutely don’t want to exclude somebody based on their linguistic ability, but in order to benefit most for both, organisers and participants, please only register if you know German and are interested in knowing Austrian as well. Don’t worry if you’re a NON-German speaking person and still want to experience the stunning deliciously Tyrolean cuisine, there will be future events solely focusing on tongues... not what you are thinking now!
